GSI 10630 GAL Self Monitoring LED
A green (569nm) hybrid LED with an integral photodiode monitoring circuit, mounted on a ceramic substrate and housed in an hermetically sealed TO5 lensed glass window can.
The self monitoring circuit output is separated to allow user control of the required level of LED stability.
